Questions Before You Visit

Do I need a reservation for the gaming lounge?

We recommend reserving a table in advance, particularly on weekend evenings, as space in the lounge is limited. Hotel guests and outside visitors are both welcome, subject to availability.

Is there a dress code?

We ask guests visiting the dining room, cocktail lounge, or gaming lounge in the evening to dress smart casual or above. Denim and trainers are fine in the daytime lobby areas.

What are your opening hours?

The hotel reception operates around the clock. The cocktail lounge and gaming lounge are open from 6pm to midnight, Wednesday through Sunday, with the dining room serving from 12pm daily.

Can you accommodate group bookings?

Yes, we regularly host groups for dinner, private card evenings, and small celebrations. Please contact us directly so our team can arrange rooms, seating, and timing to suit your group.

Is parking available on site?

We have a limited number of on-site parking spaces reserved for hotel guests, allocated on a first-come basis. Additional harbourside public parking is a short walk from our entrance.

Is the gaming lounge open to non-hotel guests?

Yes, the gaming lounge welcomes visitors from beyond the hotel as an evening destination in its own right, though we do recommend calling ahead to check table availability.
